We have enjoyed our new home very much and are so grateful to be here! It is nice to be settled and invite others over. The pool was a lifesaver this summer with those 100 degree plus days. A few weeks ago, we had a housewarming/birthday party. It was a ton of fun. Usually, we do kid friendly things but this time we decided to just have adults. It was nice to see people we hadn't seen in a long time, plus our parents minus Jerry who was in Africa were able to come. Two of my best friends also surprised me by driving in from Ft. Worth for just the night!
We set up tables in the front and had a taco truck come and serve food from the truck! There was very little to clean up afterwards!
